Conversion of a former stable into a single-family holiday home.
The project consisted of rehabilitating an existing building of approximately 50 m² and converting it into a one-bedroom dwelling (T1 typology). The original volumetric characteristics of the pre-existing structure were preserved, as well as its footprint.
The intervention focused on reorganising the internal layout in order to introduce the spaces required for its new residential use. A central core was created to accommodate the kitchen and bathroom, separating the social area from the private area of the house.
The social area has direct access to the garden, which also serves as the main entrance to the dwelling.
