Architecture and Interior Design Project

Rehabilitation of an existing industrial building and its conversion into a Local Accommodation establishment. The intervention involved refurbishing the interior while keeping the original structure unchanged in terms of volumetry and the main façade. The rehabilitation proposal focuses on reorganising the interior layout to accommodate the new programme, introducing the necessary spaces to operate a Local Accommodation establishment.
The proposal also includes the construction of a new volume, annexed to the existing building, located in the former courtyard and taking advantage of the space, where the accommodation units are situated.
