Rehabilitation of an apartment located in Lisbon, with approximately 250 m².
The rehabilitation of this apartment on Avenida da República, in Lisbon, was based on a complete reorganisation of its interior, with the aim of responding clearly and efficiently to the programme defined by the client.
The project sought to enhance the most significant pre-existing elements, preserving their notable details and the identity of the space. At the same time, new elements were introduced, namely bespoke joinery and integrated storage solutions, contributing to a more functional and coherent overall reading.
The intervention results in an updated apartment where spatial organisation, optimisation of use, and enhanced comfort allow for full adaptation to contemporary living standards, while maintaining the memory of the existing structure.
