Two-Bedroom Apartment Rehabilitation Project

Rehabilitation of an apartment with approximately 110 m² of Gross Construction Area, located in the Historic Centre of Moura.
The intervention aimed to transform the existing space into a two-bedroom apartment (T2 typology), while preserving its original volumetric characteristics, namely the existing vaulted ceilings. As the building is located within the Historic Centre and holds architectural and heritage value, the project was developed to adapt the programme to the existing space without altering the building’s structure or its main spatial features.

Phases: Concept Design, Licensing, Detailed Design.
