ZMBP House, Beja

Architecture Project

Construction of a single-family house located on an agricultural estate. The proposal involved the demolition of the existing ruin and the construction of a new dwelling, respecting the footprint of the original building. The new construction seeks to replicate the volumetric characteristics of traditional architecture, with the house developed along a rectangular plan topped by a pitched roof. The entrance marks the division between the private and social areas of the house. The façade composition is designed to take advantage of the surrounding landscape and views, featuring balcony openings that connect the interior spaces with the exterior.
